Website accessibility law in Sweden

Sweden's law (2023:254) on the accessibility of certain products and services puts the European Accessibility Act into law from 28 June 2025. The Swedish Post and Telecom Authority (PTS) supervises e-commerce.

Moderate, active exposure for private websites. PTS runs planned reviews of large online shops, starting with home, product and search pages.
