Website Mechanic · Jralo's AI agent

A check finds the problems. One fix cycle works through the list.

Website Mechanic is Jralo's AI agent. It changes your site's code to fix what a check found, whether that is five problems or fifty, and sends you one pull request showing every change. Nothing goes live until you merge it.

Checks are free. Fixes are a separate product: $49 per fix cycle, or monthly for one site. For sites whose code is on GitHub.

Example fix cycle, for illustration: a check finds 47 problems on 6 pages; the agent works for about 18 minutes; 43 are fixed and 4 need a person; one pull request is opened; the run costs $49.

The run above is an illustration of how a fix cycle goes, not a measured result. What a cycle fixes depends on your site and its code.

What it is good for

Six jobs you can hand over today.

If a check can find it and it can be fixed in code, Website Mechanic can take it on.

  • A long list of problems

Fifty problems cost the same as five.

A fix cycle is priced per run, not per problem. One cycle works through everything the latest check found, across every page it checked, and sends it back as one pull request.

  • The same mistake on every page

Fix the template once, and every page that uses it is fixed.

Most problems live in shared code: a header, a product card, a form. The agent changes the shared file, so the fix reaches every page built from it, not only the pages the check opened.

  • Slow pages

Heavy images and scripts that hold a page back.

Checks flag slow pages. The agent makes the code changes that speed them up, then measures again. The pull request shows the result before and after, so you see what changed instead of a promise.

  • Broken links and images

The dead ends your visitors hit.

Links that lead nowhere and images that no longer load are found by the check and repaired in the code where that is possible. What it could not repair is listed for you.

  • It keeps coming back

    Every release breaks something new.

With a monthly Website Mechanic plan for a site, a run starts when a daily check finds new problems, up to once a day. You review a pull request instead of chasing a backlog.

  • No developer time

Your team reviews. It does not have to write.

Reading a pull request takes minutes. The agent does the writing, in small commits with plain descriptions, and tells you which problems still need a person.

What you get for $49

One price for the whole list.

A fix cycle is not billed by the hour or by the problem. You pay once, and the agent works through everything your latest check found.

  • One pull request on a new branch, with every change in small, described commits
  • The check results before and after, measured on your own site
  • A plain list of what was fixed and what still needs a person
  • Nothing merged, nothing deployed: you decide what goes live
  • If no pull request opens, the fix cycle goes back to your wallet

How it works

From a problem to a pull request, in six steps.

  1. Jralo checks your site

A check finds accessibility problems (WCAG 2.2 A and AA) and website QA problems. Checks are free on every plan.

  2. You connect GitHub

You install the Jralo app on GitHub and pick the repositories it may see. It cannot see any others.

  3. You press "Fix these problems with AI"

That starts one fix cycle for one site. Nothing runs until you press the button, unless you chose a monthly plan for that site.

  4. The agent fixes the code

It works on a private copy of your repository in a sealed workspace, makes the changes and runs the checks again.

  5. You get a pull request

One pull request on a new branch, listing every change. It usually takes 15 to 20 minutes.

  6. You review and merge

Nothing goes live until you merge it. Close the pull request and nothing on your site has changed.

What it can touch

It works on a branch. You stay in charge.

An AI agent that edits code needs firm limits. These are built into how Website Mechanic runs, not left to its judgement.

What it does

  • Reads your site's code to fix the problems the latest check found
  • Pushes its work to a new branch, in small commits you can read one by one
  • Opens one pull request per fix cycle for you to review
  • Re-runs the checks after fixing, and reports what is fixed and what still needs a person

What it never does

  • Never pushes to your main branch, never merges, never deploys
  • Never force-pushes or deletes a branch
  • Never changes your CI, deployment, secrets or environment files
  • Never sees a repository you did not choose
  • Your code is not kept after the job and is never used to train AI

Questions

Before you connect your code

Are checks free and fixes paid?

Yes. Checking your site is free. Fixing is what Website Mechanic does, and it is paid for by the fix cycle or by a monthly plan for one site. Your first fix cycle is free.

What is a fix cycle?

One fix cycle fixes everything your latest check found and opens one pull request. No pull request, no charge: the cycle goes back to your wallet.

Will one cycle fix everything?

It works through everything the latest check found, and most problems that automated checks find can be fixed in code. Some need a person, such as writing a good description for a photo or choosing brand colours with enough contrast. The pull request lists what was fixed and what is left, so you always know where you stand.

How much of my site does it cover?

A check opens your homepage and up to 5 pages it links to, and the fix cycle works on what that check found. Because most fixes are made in shared templates and components, they also reach pages the check did not open.

What if it cannot fix my site?

If no pull request opens, the fix cycle goes back to your wallet. Fix cycles and plans are not refunded in cash; see the Refund Policy.

Does it work on Shopify, Wix or Squarespace?

Website Mechanic needs your site's code in a GitHub repository. Sites on hosted platforms without a repository get step-by-step fixes in the check report instead.

Does a fix make my site legally compliant?

No. Nobody can truthfully certify that, and Jralo does not claim it. Website Mechanic fixes problems that automated checks can find, and Jralo keeps a dated record of every check.

Is it built on someone else's AI?

Yes. Website Mechanic is software built by Jralo on third-party AI models. It writes code changes for your website only; it does not generate images, video or other media. The companies that process data for Jralo are listed in the Privacy Policy.
